Abstract
It has been reasoned that, when coupled to the basic discovery of electromagnetic radiation, the evolution of radio is one of the great achievements of human endeavour. The authors discuss the educational aspects of radio, the creation of museums for radio relics, the prediction of the future of radio itself, using the historical record, and an extrapolation from radio evolution to other technologies
