Abstract :
Data acquisition and high-speed transmission technology are urgent detection and monitoring method for large precision rotating machinery, such as generators, advanced printing and so on, especially the high-speed rotating object. Traditional technology has some deadly drawbacks-low transmission speed and poor adaptation to the environment, so wireless transmission technology has been studied to break these restrictions. MSP430 Single-Chip Microcomputer (MCU) is used to realize functions such as data acquisition, coding and communications. Based on LED, information is transmitted to the fixed receiving device in the form of optical communication. Double interrupt technique is adopted to solve the conflicts between sampling time and communication time. To ensure high-speed data transfer and the effectiveness, this paper presents a time-division multiplexing data frames. The system realizes the 75cm distance between revolving end and fixed end, reaches as high as 1Mb/s data transmission rate, and obtains the ideal parameter testing and the transmission effect under the harsh environments.
