  • Abstract
With the quickly changed trends of fashion and the shortened clothing product cycle, clothing enterprises often face the situation of urgent delivery period and heavy task. In order to meet the delivery period and business efficiency, enterprises must arrange for clothing production reasonably. Based on the actual constraints of clothing production, the paper set up the minimum number and the balance time of working station as the objectives, establishing the optimum model for working station in clothing assembly line, simply analysis the practical application of the model through a case application, and offering the reference for actual product arrangement. Combined with the model and computer-aided program, the efficiency of the production preparation can be greatly improved and simplified.
