Research of Water Prices Based on Two-Part Water Pricing with TTWP

The Transfer of Taohe Water Project (TTWP) in its reasoning stage did not put in place a lot of schemes for the selection of water price. This article applies the theory of two-part water pricing and designs 12 selective schemes, after the analyzing, determines the three specific water prices of village life, agricultural irrigation and city water consumption. Further analysis shows that the scope of water price of rural life water consumption and city water consumption are affordable; meanwhile, the water price of agricultural irrigation consumption exceeds what the people can afford, and there is a need of government subsidy.
