  • Abstract
    Contractor safety is the key to success for construction projects, the contractor safety goals and performance evaluation system has become the important task of safety management of current building construction. This paper based on experts linguistic assessment and multi-granularity language fusion method of qualitative indexes to evaluate and rational quantification, through the C2R DEA model and "projection" method of contractor safety performance objective and reasonable evaluation and analyzes the causes of the ineffective DMU to improve its safety performance. With a project of four contractors for case study, explain that the method is feasible and effective.
