Abstract
79 firms were empirically tested on the relationship between the organizational projectizing management factors (OPMFs) and their growth performances with an assessment indicator defined as the comprehensive organizational projectizing level (COPL). The result of the cross-section data analysis in their temporal dimension gives off the hint that the firms in different growth stages may be required to match certain COPL.
