The Implementation Planning of Construction Project

According to the analysis of Chinese present construction procedure and compare it with developed countries´, the existent faultiness in our procedure and its blight for project are indicated. We suggest that increasing the process of implementation planning to our present construction procedure could complete it and could improve the ability of decision-making and planning. At the same time, it can decrease the expense due to insufficient prophase prepare work. Finally, the concept, theory, method and the content of implementation planning of construction project are introduced in this paper either.
