A Brief Discussion of EPCMM Mode Befitting the Improvement of General Contract Management - Perfecting Measures Based on EPC and EPCM

So as to achieve the purpose of less investment, high quality, short construction period in fields of large-scale industrial construction, traditional mode is replaced by project contracting management mode gradually which is becoming more and more popular. Based on EPC mode and EPCM mode, EPCMM mode befitting the improvement of general contract management is proposed.The mode´s biggest characteristics are that the maintenance increased after the completion of the project and organiztions which can assume general contract engineering are put forward. According to the component of contractors, the mode is specifically divided into three types. And the issues we should pay attention to in the application of EPCMM mode is pointed out.
