Abstract
The complexity of today´s business environment has made it necessary for organizations to evaluate all the alternatives before committing your resources to an improvement process and high quality. This paper first analyzes and compares the differences among ISO 9000 series standards, Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma. Then we combine them into an integrating quality management model. After that we systematically analyze the key factors and relationships among them. And finally, the steps of implementing the integrating quality management approach are provided.
