Abstract :
BOT financing mode has been applied widely around the world at present, and how to analyze, evaluate BOT projects performance scientifically, objectively and comprehensively has become a hot research topic. This paper reviews BOT projects performance on evaluation scope, evaluation index and evaluation method through collecting and contrasting related literatures at home and abroad, points out the deficiencies of existing research and puts forward the future research proposals.
