Abstract
This paper reviews design and analysis of on-chip ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection circuits for RF ICs. ESD protection basics, key issues in RF ESD protection, design methods, RF ESD protection evaluation techniques and RF ESD protection solutions are discussed.
