Abstract
This paper presents the BERs (bit error rates) in detecting BPSK (binary phase-shift keying) signal encoded by convolutional codes and transmitted over a two-link "piece-wise" soft limited channel taking into account crosspolarisation effects and the sidelobe interferences from the adjacent satellite systems or terrestrial radio-relay links operating on the same carrier frequency.
