Abstract :
Nowadays instantaneous frequency measure(IFM) becomes one of the key techniques during the electronic battle. The phase difference algorithm is one of the basic methods which is applied to measure instantaneous frequency. The paper describes the theory of phase difference algorithm and on a basis of this an ameliorative method is brought forward. Finally, the results of emulator indicate that the method is feasible.
