Abstract :
With the rapid economic development, the logistics industry plays an increasing important role in China. But China´s logistics enterprises lack of apparent core competitiveness. Compared with some advanced countries. through identifying and quantifying competitive factors, logistics enterprises can understand their core capability, and thus can provide higher level customer services. The study takes competitive factors of logistics enterprises as targets, identifying and quantifying the key competitive factors of third party logistics in Zhejiang of China based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Moreover, the study put forward focal competitive points and developing methods of third party logistics in different stages, and these findings will be useful to the development of third party logistics. The results may be have some reference for some logistics enterprises.
