  • Abstract
With the accelerating process of economic globalization and the steady growth of international division of labor, the mode of market competition has shift from competition between enterprises to the competition between supply chains. Meanwhile, the international production mode also contributed to the development of processing trade enterprises in China. Especially after China´s accession to WTO, in order to adapt to the economic environment and improve their competitiveness, more and more Chinese processing trade enterprises apply international supply chain management in their enterprises´ management.
