Abstract
In this paper, the research progress in RF technologies for 3G and B3G mobile communication systems in the State Key Laboratory of Millimeter Waves, Southeast University, P. R. China is briefly described including the RF modules for cdma2000, WCDMA and TD-SCDMA handsets, the RF subsystems for CDMA2000, WCDMA and B3G/4G systems.
