Abstract :
30 GHz bi-directional fiber-fed wireless link is realized using an optically injection-locked self-oscillating HBT optoelectronic mixer as a harmonic frequency up-and down-converter. Bi-directional transmissions of 32 QAM data are successfully demonstrated.
