Study on the Components of Supply Chain´s Dynamic Capabilities

The study on the dynamic capabilities of supply chain and enterprise development in turbulent environment will be the further deepening and development of resource-based theory. This paper plans to first analyze the concept of the dynamic capabilities of supply chain, and then carries out theoretical and empirical analyses on components of the supply chain´s dynamic capabilities. By using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the Supply Chain´s Dynamic Capabilities have three Dimensions: flexibility, agility, supply chain coordination.
