Abstract
This steady analyzed the cost composing of supply chain first, then put forward some strategies of lowering the supply chain cost, such as excellent design for turning a product, the implementation faces to the production organization of supply chain plan management and carries out strategic supply chain purchase strategy, excellent turn a supply chain to go together with to send system, carry out new supply chain inventory management strategy etc..It is believed that the business enterprise can examine the cost management of oneself.
