Abstract :
The financial risks exist objectively, however they can be managed to control as long as to have preventing consciousness, measures, counterbalance mechanism, responsible team and management. The paper mainly analysis the four kinds of the financial risks often seen. The procedures of the financial risks are normally in four aspects. The prevention and control means of the financial risks. Meanwhile, several specific measures on how to prevent and control financial risks are analyzed as the following as of the kinds of risks and the practices in the enterprises.
