Abstract :
The paper presents thyristor operation of a mains connected induction generator. The stator of the generator is connected in three different configurations: ldquostarrdquo, ldquodeltardquo and ldquodelta with thyristors insiderdquo. The performance of the power controller is compared for these three configurations. The simulation results are validated by the experimental results.
