The Research on the Role of Online Tutor and the Learning Activity Organization Strategies

The utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) to enhance teaching and learning is the emphasis of the education reform in China. The purpose of this study was to construct an effective online learning model for the online learning. Through the analysis of the web learning problem, the article brings forward the important function of the online tutor in web learning and defines the tutor´s role. Further more the article discusses the rule of the learning organization, circled with the design of the task and the organization of learning forum. At last ,the article explain the role of the tutor online in the special curriculum. It is hoped that the findings of this study will encourage teachers to play a proper role in the online learning and make the learning more effective.
