Abstract :
Taking a Chinese north mining city as an example, through to systematic investigation and statistics for its economic data of 12 industry in recent 4 years, A complete set of index system for estimating economy status has been put forward, which comprises the profitability, debt paying ability and development foreground of difference industry. The author has developed a set of fuzzy neural network software system based on the nonlinear mathematical model. These software systems manage initial data through Access\´s data-base technology, and calculate subordination degree of assessment indices by fuzzy mathematics, as well as achieve industry economy status by virtue of artificial neural network which has been successfully trained. Result demonstration: The synthetic economy condition for the thermoelectricity production supply industry and the non-ferrous metal processing industry is "best" in 2006,the cement manufacturing industry and the coal selection industry is "better", but the transport vehicle manufacturing industry, the textile industry and the diet tobacco manufacturing industry\´s is relatively "bad". This appraisal achievement may provide reliable auxiliary decision-making for the bank credit.
