Abstract
Since the emergence of the Internet and the World Wide Web, how to effectively deal with dissemination of crisis information in the public sector has become an urgent and practical problems for government practitioners and other participants. Based on the System Dynamics approach, this study developed the concept model, the logical model and the system dynamics model to describe the public crisis information dissemination over the Internet. The hypothesis, the mathematical functions and the flow diagram for the Internet-based Public Crisis Communication Model were provided. Some managerial implications were also proposed.
