Abstract :
Take post-disaster reconstruction typical city Guangyuan as the research object, it introduces the background and significance of our country´s development of low-carbon city, expounding the concept and model of the low-carbon city. Using the new standard system of the low-carbon city announced by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, evaluate and analyze Guangyuan´s low-carbon reconstruction effect .The results show that Guangyuan has environmental advantage for its rich clean energy resource, and 52.6% forest coverage, economic development lagging behind and clean energy technology backwardness is the main obstacle to Guangyuan´s low-carbon development. Guangyuan´s low-carbon development should be promoted by improving relevant regulations and system, low-carbonization the industrial structure and energy consumption structure, advocating the citizen´s low-carbon consciousness, and creating the clean energy technology.
