Abstract :
This paper describes the design and fabrication of a one ohm standard resistor. It utilizes the same techniques and materials that are used in the 100 ohm SR102, the 10 kohm SR104 and the 6,453.20 ohm standards that have been used in the quantum Hall effect work.
