Research on Impact Mechanism of Refined Safety Management in Coal Enterprises: From Knowledge Internalization on Organizational Level

This study will analyze the refined safety management of Chinese coal enterprise by means of the high-level interviews, case analysis and investigation. And it will also use real evidence and case studies to verify the effectiveness of contents and systems of the enterprises´ refined safety management. This work will help the enterprises shake off backwardness and low efficiency of safety management and performance. In addition, it will help reduce accidents, improve safety management performance, promote production, and enhance safety quality.
