  • Abstract
    The speed and thrust control strategy for a double sided linear switched reluctance motor (DSL-SRM) is elaborated in the paper, based on a simplified analytical model. The strategy is defined for different motor phase supply conditions and the dynamic characteristics are calculated via computer simulation for a sample motor, in order to sustain the theoretical results.
