Abstract :
This paper introduces the current development status of global energy-saving service industry, and an advanced energy management model and market-oriented operation of energy-saving mechanism - energy management contract (EMC). It elaborates briefly EMC development in China, analyses the existing business operation model and the problems of the energy saving service industry. Finally, a future development model is proposed.
