Abstract
Resources allocation in a wireless environment is complex. Internet user traffic demand varies with time. The time varying behavior of the Internet traffic makes the resources allocation problem even worse. We propose a framework for fair allocation of resources to Internet services in micro-cellular environment. Our algorithm allocates the network resources fairly among Internet users while achieving efficient network utilization. The algorithm can be implemented in real time since it takes a relatively small amount of execution time for a reasonably large cellular network
