Abstract
Air Combat Command (ACC) focused on in the communications-computer (C2) systems arena is discussed. The paper is divided into three sections, the first of which introduces ACC´s mission and operational deployments. The second section outlines the health, status and planning challenges of the communications-computer arena, and the last section is an overview of the new direction the Air Force is taking in terms of long term planning
