Abstract :
With the high speed development of the world economy, natural resources are arbitrary exploited and the environment is utilized without repayment, which is conducive to causing problems of great magnitude, such as zoology destroyed all over the globe, resource waste and depletion, environmental pollution and so on. The manufacturing of mechatronics products is the ultimate method for using resources and supreme anti-environmental pollution. The crux of the way to solve the ambivalence of economy development and resource shortcoming is putting remanufacturing engineering in practice. Let the waste mechatronics products be the second resource relative to the natural resources and translate mechatronics products to resources. Remanufacturing involves dismantling all the accessories of mechatronics products and checking them. For the repairable accessories, after reconditioning or alteration using the new method to enhance their characteristics, they can be assembled as new accessories and achieve high value usage. Therefore, all kinds of accessories can be reassembled and become renewed or upgraded remanufacturing products after check-up.
