Abstract
The development of internal control information disclosure theory and practices is all closely related with the internal control information demand of users. Since the investors have the significant impact on internal controls, the investors´ internal control information demand should be given more attention. Therefore, this paper firstly puts forward the internal control information quality objectives, namely resource allocation decision usefulness and accountability. Then we discuss the internal control information quality characteristics, which include two basic characteristics: reliability and relevance, two important features: comparability and understandability. Finally, we puts foreword an indicators system of internal control information quality.
