Restricted by many factors, the business performance (BP) of sports goods manufacturing enterprises are significant differences. This paper studies performance correlation of sporting goods manufacturing enterprise based on SEM. To begin with, it puts forward a conceptual model based on some assumptions. Next, it constructs some latent variables and their observation index system. Then, a case study is given. The results show that: Capital Operation (CO), Debt Level (DL) and Marketing Capability (MC) have significant covariation and that they all have significant positive influence to the business performance of sports goods manufacturing enterprises.
