Abstract :
Remanufactured products should be designed to meet the diversification and individualization of the customers´ demands in the drastically competitive market as new developed products. In this paper, a customized design scope and framework is proposed by considering the customers´ diversity demands and the adaption to the existing used products or parts. An integer linear programming based deployment model is established to match and optimize the reuse relationship between the cores and the designed module family for diverse demands. Finally, the model is applied to a batch of used saddles to show the feasibility and validity.
