Abstract :
In this paper a novel compact CMOS temperature sensor with built-in analogue to digital conversion and calibration is presented. It has been implemented in ST´s 90 nm and 65 nm processes and is part of ST´s low-power platform strategy to optimize SoC power consumption and performance.
