  • Abstract
Coal industry is an important foundation industry. The informationization level of the coal enterprises will influence the implementation of long-term national strategy. It has the significance to establish the unified assessment target system of informationization of the coal enterprise. This paper takes the Huainan and Huaibei mining areas as the example to propose the target system and assessment model of coal enterprise informationization. In this study, a multi approach is proposed, where both techniques, AHP and Delphi are come together. First, the AHP technique is used to establish the hierarchical structure model. Second, the judgment matrix is constructed by using both the AHP score and Delphi method. Finally calculates the weights of each element through sorting the judgment matrix with the elements in the same layer. In addition, the case study of Two Huai mining areas is also presented to make this approach more help to evaluating enterprise´s informationization level scientifically.
