Abstract
The 10 Volt fixed frequency Josephson voltage standard (FFJVS) at UME, Turkey is described. The FFJVS is based on the PTB designed Josephson junction array and works with a fixed frequency phase-locked Gunn oscillator using a rubidium clock reference. The system is consisted with the national volt of Turkey with a relative uncertainty of 8/spl times/10/sup -9/ at 10 Volt.
