Abstract :
In this paper, ion exchange resin is used to desalinate the crude extract of Fucoidan. And the best effect of desalination can be obtained when the proportion of the volume of sample solution and the weight of 001 × 7 strongly acidic styrene type cation exchange resin is 1 to 2 and the proportion of the volume of sample solution and the weight of 201 × 7 strongly basic anion exchange resin is 1 to 1.5, meanwhile, the desalination time is 60 minutes. After desalination, the PH of sample solution changes to 5.87 from 4.74 and the conductivity becomes 58.4ms from 171.2ms, and the desalination rate is 65.89%. Then the content of Fucoidan is 27.77%.
