  • Abstract
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the transformational leadership and support for innovation on organizational innovation. This study used the stratified random sampling method to select 450 teachers from 18 vocational high schools in Taiwan. There were 293 valid questionnaires, and the data were analyzed by using the factor analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson´s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Findings of this study suggested that school leaders had to offer the innovative supports such as innovative equipment and financial support available received from the organization could be a better important influence in boosting up organizational innovation.
