Abstract :
This study analyzes the existing investment and financing mechanism of China´s public transport and the updated demand for its innovation. A new investment and financing mechanism is proposed to promote public transport priority. Innovated investment and financing modes, channels, regulations and performance evaluation systems have been used to form the new mechanism.
