  • Abstract
    The advance of science and technology plays an increasingly significant role on economic growth, whereas the transforming of scientific and technical achievements is the key point of combination of technology and economy. The level of perspicuity on how the transforming of scientific and technical achievements influences the distribution of the progress of science and technology is not only the premise on which if fully playing to the effect of science and technology, but also the key point that determines whether the change in economic growth mode could be transferred from extensive form to intensive form or not. This paper is to make a comment about the relationship between economic growth and the progress of science and technology as well as concerning the transforming of scientific and technical achievements more orderly and more logically. And raise some prospects related to the research of transforming of scientific and technical achievements and distribution of the progress of science and technology: Defining the calculation method of the ratio of transforming of scientific and technical achievements; Researching the relationship between transforming of scientific and technical achievements and contribution of science and technology advance.
