Abstract :
Based on ecological theories, this paper constructs a Logistic model for enterprises competitive interaction and explains the practical significance of the model´s stable point in the process. Moreover, it simulates the process´s dynamic characteristics by applying numerical simulation. Finally, the paper put forward strategies for enterprises competitive interaction under different stable circumstances.
