Abstract
We calculate and evaluate the blocking of channels due to occupancy and outage in wireless network under different mobility scenarios. Cell occupancy is modeled by a Markov chain. New call and handoff call blocking probability are evaluated as well as the rate of handoffs dropped and network blocking
