The use of international relation conceptual models to engage Public Diplomacy

Public Diplomacy is known as the process to influence foreign audience and transforms the structured message to the audience to create desired perception, believed and behavior. In the digital adrenalized community of today global borderless system, Public Diplomacy is deemed as important skill to be mastered by a nation state that has vision to preserve their super power status or maintaining their state of harmony. This article introduced conceptual model of International Relation (IRCM) and its conceptual expansion (IRCM 2) to provide orbital comprehension of Public Diplomacy to local operators and learners. The aim is to spark critical summarizations and glaring ability to expand skills of Public Diplomacy therefore instigates more detailed creativity from the operators and learners. In summary this article provides conceptual model to show the elements to construct Public Diplomacy and academic learning method to exercise Public Diplomacy. This work is part of the attempt to develop a Public Diplomacy Operational Guidance and to construct an explainable theory for Public Diplomacy study and research.
