Abstract
Developing food proper-packaging is an important approach to solve the excessive packaging problem. The main study methods of commodity proper-packaging are concluded. Based on the requirement of proper-packaging definition, fuzzy evaluation is a good appropriate method to estimate the rationality. The evaluation system is established from the five aspects including function, economy, environment, resource and energy. The weight of items and estimation degree of each index are gained by expert opinions and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The good case of white wine results demonstrates that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) method is easily operational and credible, which can provide improvement direction of packaging rationality research, and the relative factors to proper-packaging are considered in the establishment of the evaluation system, so the system is fit to evaluate different kinds of foods. Furthermore, the evaluation system and method has much reference value to evaluate other commodities.
