Abstract :
The urban community economy is a basic component of the urban economy. The development of community economy is useful to achieve the urban construction, orderly management, consummated serve, and civilized and harmonious society. The development of urban community economy needs motivation. This study aimed to analyze the urban community economy system, establish the dynamic model of urban community economic development, and formulate the measure to accelerate the urban community economic development. The urban community economy system is an open system, which is made up of community resident, community administration, community enterprise, local government, community financial organization, and business administration. The developing motivation of community economy comes from community residents need and outer power push. The dynamic system of community economic development includes self-organization dynamic system, policy dynamic system, management dynamic system, and fund dynamic system, various kinds of power are worked in coordination with each other, which forms the combining power network. Based on the dynamic system, the measures of developing community economy are pointed out, that is to establish long term mechanism, perfect management system, develop community enterprise, arrange community resource and finance in many ways to develop the urban community economy. The study result can accelerate the urban community economic development.
