Abstract

Smart Hospital is one of hospital concept supporting the concept of Smart Health to realize the characteristic of Smart Living. The development of Smart Hospital concept could support the realization of Smart Society with concern of society health services. Information quality is a key element to determine the level of healthcare in hospital. By the improvement of information quality, the quality of healthcare would improve to support the implementation of Smart Hospital concept. A method used for information quality improvement is Six Sigma. Six Sigma could be used for reducing information variance.
