Abstract :
Utilizing transport multiple modes and hierarchical property, integrated regional transport network is studied from a systematical and quantitative way. After generalized route cost function defined by hierarchical property and fine concept of transport mode split, Logit Stochastic equilibrium model of multilevel multimode integrated transport network is proposed under the condition of elastic demand and link capacity constraints. The equivalent variational inequality of the equilibrium model is formulated and proved by variational inequality theory and optimization theory. Furthermore, after a hierarchical equilibrium condition defined in the light of Wardrop equilibrium principle, the equivalent variational inequality of deterministic equilibrium problem is established with the hierarchical equilibrium condition and nonlinear complementarity problem. Simple solution approach to augmented Lagrange dual algorithm is finally designed for multilevel multimodal deterministic equilibrium problem with fixed demand.
