Intelligence Toll Management System of Highway Traffic

With the development of new technologies such as computer network and communication system, the highway traffic net is to be more consummate, traditional charge cannot meet the demand that require quickly, accurately, and efficiently. According to the advanced technologies of highway traffic communication network and the data transmission requirement for toll management system, this paper put forward the project for toll management system of highway traffic based on computer network, used IC card management system as the passing medium, and gives a sufficient discussion on the goal and structure of toll management system.
